What is the minimum order?
Our minimum food order per restaurant is $15.00 in most areas, depending on distance from the restaurants.
What does it cost? Am I supposed to tip the driver?
Delivery fee is $4.95 for in area deliveries and as much as $10.95 depending on your distance from the restaurant. Due to increased fuel costs a $0.45 cent fuel charge is added to each order.
Your driver works hard to make sure your food arrives quickly hot and fresh. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel, insurance and vehicles. If you feel your driver did a good job for you, a 15% - 18% tip is common. 15% tips are added to all orders over $50.00.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery is usually 45-60 minutes. Extra time may be required depending on weather, traffic, time of day, how busy the restaurant may be. There are many factors that can affect your delivery time we encourage you to place your orders ahead of time.
What is a Participating Restaurant
Participating restaurants are restaurant which have marketing agreements with Restaurant Connection. Restaurant prices will remain the same for delivery as in store prices. It is our goal to offer a great selection of participation options for our customers to enjoy the convenience of delivery and the quality of many local favorites at an affordable price in the home, office or hotel.
What is a Non-Participating Restaurant
Customers can order from non participating restaurants. In such case Restaurant Connection will act as the customers delivery agent to place, pay for and deliver your order from just about any restaurant you wish. Restaurant prices and delivery minimums will apply. Please call in to speak with a customer service representative for custom requests.
Can I cancel my order?
Once Restaurant Connection has placed the order with the restaurant and the food has been prepared, an order may NOT be cancelled.
Can I change my order?
Depending on the status of your order with the restaurant orders can be changed.
What if I need a delivery during non-delivery hours?
Special deliveries can be made during non business hours for an additional fee or for large catering customers.
Do you accept restaurant coupons? Gift Certificates directly from Restaurant Connection that can be used to order delivery from any of our partner restaurants.
